A custom dressing room off of the master bedroom. We used the same fabric in the bathroom and in the master bedroom and created the same box pleat valance. A nice flow throughout. Added an upholstered window seat and a few cushions.

A tiny kitchen but with so much heart! Look at the detail of the final that was used on the drapery rod. The drapery fabric was a bold stripe then we added fringe trim in the tie backs. A coordinating roller blind finishes everything.

This eating area we have light filtering blinds on all 8 windows to dim the strong morning light. Side panels for colour. Then we finished the couch cushions in a coordinating fabric and added toss cushions. This quickly became the favorite room in the house.

Blackout roller blinds are the main stay in this guest bedroom. Because of the angled ceiling this is the highest we could install the sheers. The light grey textured pattern nicely frames the headboard.

Blackout blinds allow this elegant master bedroom to be dark and quite. We added a frilly gathered valance at ceiling height to raise the eye level and to add softness to this Victorian room.

Lots of pattern happening in this downstairs area so we opted for light filtering sheers installed on a black deco rod. Simple, functional and elegant.

Kitchen drapes, pantry area. Continued with the same fabric from the octagonal room and cafe drapes for a little bit of privacy.
